  • Duplicate or erroneous charges
  • Proven system malfunction that prevents core service usage for a prolonged period
  • Billing errors directly caused by WheelieCorp

Any approved refund:

  • Will be processed using the original payment method where possible
  • May be partial, prorated, or full, depending on the situation
  • Does not include transaction or processing fees (if applicable)



5. Trial Periods (If Applicable)

If a free trial or limited trial period is offered:

  • Users are responsible for cancelling before the trial ends
  • Charges incurred after trial expiration are not refundable



6. Cancellation of Service

  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the platform or by contacting support
  • Cancellation will stop future billing but does not entitle the user to a refund for any unused period
  • Access may remain active until the end of the current billing cycle



7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes raised without prior communication may result in:

  • Temporary suspension of the account
  • Permanent termination in cases of abuse
